Instructions for using Five-Color Flower essential oil

♥ Method 1: Nasal drops Add 5-6 drops of lantana essential oil to 10ml of 0.9% physiological saline solution, shake well, and instill 2-3 drops into each nostril 3 times a day; you can also put a few drops on your face mask to inhale while traveling.

♥ Method 2: Nasal Spray Buy a Xisat nasal spray bottle (the kind with an openable cap), you can reuse an old, empty bottle; fill it with 0.9% saline solution; add about 20 drops of lantana essential oil; shake well, spray 2-3 times in each nostril, 3 times a day.

♥ Method 3: Nasal Steaming Add about 5-7 drops of lantana essential oil to a cup of boiling water; roll a piece of stiff paper into a cone shape with a small hole, and place it over the cup of water; block one nostril and inhale deeply through the other nostril so that the essential oil vapor enters through the small hole in the paper cone; steam for about 5-10 minutes each day.

♥ Because essential oils are not water-soluble, you must SHAKE WELL before use (methods 1 and 2) to ensure the essential oils are evenly mixed in the saline solution, preventing irritation and increasing effectiveness. 

♥ During the first 3 days of use, you may experience increased nasal discharge, as the essential oils stimulate mucus secretion and eliminate bacteria. This will gradually decrease. Therefore, you should persevere and complete the entire course of treatment, which lasts from 10 to 14 days (if the condition is severe, the treatment time will be longer). Do not stop midway.

♥ Store essential oils in a dry place away from sunlight.

♥ Essential oils should not be ingested directly but must be diluted, used according to the recommended dosage, and not overused.

♥ Do not apply to eyes, open wounds, or sensitive skin areas.
